RLI Faculty Team
The RLI has recruited a very talented faculty team to serve as instructors and facilitators for Leadership Institute programs. Faculty and staff who have expertise on a variety of leadership topics from across the university serve on the board and assist in the development of RLI programs. The departments and colleges represented include: NTID Student Life Team, Center for Residence Life, CAST, Center for Multidisciplinary Studies, College of Liberal Arts, Office of Alumnae relations, Women's Center, Center for Athletics and Recreation, and ITS.

RLI Professional Advisory Board
The RLI has created an advisory board comprised of RIT faculty, staff, Trustees and business leaders who teach and practice leadership. This Board assists in the strategic planning of the RLI and provides guidance and direction and we strive to meet student needs and keep our programs fresh, innovative and current. Board Members are from the following areas: Paychex Inc, Kodak Inc., The Rochester Business Alliance, College of Business, Student Affairs, The office of Cooperative Education & Career Services, The Honors Program, College of Liberal Arts, and College of Applied Science and Technology, and NTID Student Life Team.
