Women's Career Leadership Certificate Program - Requirements
The RIT Women's Career Leadership Certificate Program provides an understanding of leadership as it relates to women by helping participants develop confidence when entering the leadership roles or the career field. Participants interact and learn from female role models, leaders, and mentors and participate in a variety of leadership workshops and events to strengthen and hone leadership skills. The program also provides community service opportunities focused on deepening ones' understanding of women's issues.
