I need to meet with a member of the CCL Staff, should I make an Appointment?
Yes, please make an appointment. Please review the Professional Staff page to find out the office hours of each individual. You may also call the Center for Campus Life at 585.475.7058 to set up an appointment with any staff member.


What is an Artist Request Form?
These forms are for requesting the services of Center for Campus Life Staff Artists. You may request banners, poster, fliers, and other projects by special request. These Forms are located at the Info Desk in the SAU or in the Center for Campus Life Office. Forms will soon be online.


Where can i locate the
Bathrooms in the SAU?
Bathrooms are located on the main floor of the SAU by the Fireside Lounge, and upstairs on the mezzanine level directly to the right of the stairs.

How can I reserve a Display Case?
Display cases can be reserved at SAU Reservations (behind the Info Desk). The gallery case by Fireside Lounge has to be reserved through the Student Government Art Committee.


When is Event Registration (EVR) open?
EVR is open every day from 1pm to 4pm. More information about EVR can be found on the Plan Your Event page.


What Events on Campus are happening this week?
Visit http://events.rit.edu for a complete list.
Also, CCL runs the EventsatRIT screen name on AOL.


I lost something, where can I find the Lost & Found?
Located at: SAU Information Desk, Bausch & Lomb Center Information Desk, Ellingson Hall, Department of Campus Safety, Grace Watson Hall.


What is an
Ombudsman?
Student Ombudsman (pronounced OM'-BUDZ-MEN): One who investigates reported complaints from students, reports findings, and helps to achieve equitable settlements. The Ombuds office is located in the SAU, room 1110 (in the RITreat).


How can I get a
Quarterly Calendar?
The Center for Campus Life Marketing and Publicity Team publishes this calendar of on campus events. Calendars are mailed to commuter students residing locally, distributed by Resident Advisors and Community Advocates to students in the Residence Halls, Apartments and the RIT Inn. Additional copies are available at the Information Desk in the lobby of the Student Alumni Union.


Who can make
Reservations?
SAU Reservations is located behind the Info Desk. Student groups, staff, and faculty can reserve rooms in the SAU and in academic buildings. Display cases and tables can also be reserved through SAU Reservations. The phone number is 585.475.6992.


How can I get a copy of The Source?
Source Books are available in the Off-Campus and Apartment Student Association (OCASA) Office located in the RITreat of the Student Alumni Union. The Source is also available online.


Student Affairs is located where?

Student Affairs is located on the mezzanine level of the SAU.


Student Conduct Office is located where?

The Student Conduct Office is located on the mezzanine level of the SAU in room 2460.

Where can I purchase Tickets?
Tickets for major events are sold at the Candy Counter SAU. Phone sales: 585.475.5210.


Where is Vending located?
RIT Vending is located behind the Info Desk. The phone number is 585.475.5248.
