| The Biomedical Engineering is a club created to assemble students with biomedical interests. The lack of a medical school and a biomedical engineering major creates the need for a place of exchanging ideas and creating ideas related to the medical sciences. The society wants to bring in medical professionals to generate interest in the medical field. There are several medical-related majors that have no communication between them; biomedical options in the engineering major, biotechnology, and physician assistants could collaborate to obtain a more well-rounded education with multidisciplinary contribution. The Biomedical Engineering Club will also promote these majors to generate interest for the students that haven't explored the field. | |
